Welcome to the FitCityWorld Kickoff to 2022 with the January Microformer Exercise Guide. To note: this is not a workout 31 days in a row challenge. Rather this is a guide to help you navigate through the first month of the year as you set powerful intentions for an incredible year ahead.
The Microformer workout plans are divided into two categories. One plan consists of a mix of Full Body & Express workouts. The second plan contains all workouts 30 minutes or less.
As always, listen to your body and please take any rest days you may need/want. Please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
