Service Description

Live! Virtual Lagree Fitness Class led by Advanced Trainer, Anne Marie. Programming will be cued to the Microformer, but those who have access to a Megaformer are welcome to attend as well. Class will begin with 10 minutes of intro/meet & greet style, followed by a 50 minute class.
